2013 GENERAL policies
*RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS*
All rates are per unit and do not include Vermont Rooms & Meals Tax or service fees. Rates are commissionable
to approved Travel Agents at 10%. Parties of more than 10 people are eligible for group rates.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $100 per bedroom is required upon arrival, refundable within two
weeks of departure. A major credit card number on file is also accepted.
Room Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking. Holiday deposits are more
than one night. The balance is due at arrival. Parties arriving after 11pm will be charged the full balance to the
credit card on file prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Your deposit, less 10%, is refundable for cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 8-20 days prior to arrival will receive a credit for a future stay within one year of the arrival
date. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit amount.
Pets: We apologize for any inconvenience but pets are not permitted.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 6pm. Check-out is by 10am.
Health Spa: The Health Spa is open from Thanksgiving to Easter. The Cardio Room is open from 9-9 year round.
SUMMER MONTHLY policies
Monthly rates are based on a first of the month arrival for a stay of 30 days. Rates will be pro-rated, based on availability, for stays longer than 30 days. Stays less than 30 days are considered short-term and would receive the regular rate.
All units offer fully equipped kitchens with conventional oven, microwave, and dishwasher; living room with balcony, cable TV, DVD player, and fireplace. All buildings have elevators. Heated outdoor pool on premises.
Units with two bedrooms and larger will be given a two-month rental preference. Cancellations made after May 1st will forfeit their $100 deposit, which includes canceling one month of a two-month reservation.
